You understand that by purchasing an image, you are buying a grant of license for that image, not the copyright of the image. The copyright is retained by the photographer Tim Bosworth.
You understand that you may not modify or resell that image.
We understand and agree that you may reproduce or duplicate this image in various form or size and may use within a commercial project such as and not limited to, interior design projects.
Accuracy of images
The images on the Little Chelsea Gallery are sold on an ‘as is’ basis.
We are happy to recommend local printers that we have used to print our images for exhibition and private sales.
By purchasing an image and receiving by download, we guarantee that image as is. You understand that it is your responsibility to use a suitable printing company to retain the quality.
We recommend a maximum print size for our images of 72×40 inch, 183×102 cm. All reputable print shops should give good advice before printing.

Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our images are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service [or any part or content thereof] without notice.
Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned, nor is there any way to close access to the images that you have received, the Little Chelsea Gallery has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed [ ie a buyer selected and paid for a photograph and the Little Chelsea Gallery sent the buyer the correct photograph via the online client gallery] it is then considered non-refundable.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations –
You changed your mind about an image
You bought an image by mistake
You do not have sufficient expertise to use an image.
For non-delivery of an image due to technical problems, such as mailing issues, we recommend contacting us for assistance.
Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
User comments, feedback
We may, but have no obligation, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory or offensive or violates any party’s intellectual property or these terms of service.
Errors, inaccuracies
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the services that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to image descriptions or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
